Student Profile: Cohlman Arthur

When you meet with Cohlman Arthur, it鈥檚 immediately clear how much he cares about his work and the people around him. He comes into meetings prepared, enthusiastic, and full of ideas about how to strengthen his team. He asks thoughtful questions, looks for ways to support his peers, and approaches every challenge with an energy that reflects how deeply he values collaboration and growth.

Since joining Student Media in Fall 2023, Cohlman has built a strong foundation of leadership through consistency and care. A Digital Media Production major graduating in Fall 2027, he now serves as Audio and Entertainment Director, overseeing both . In this role, he works closely with students to help them find their voices, create meaningful projects, and push the boundaries of what campus entertainment can be.

Cohlman鈥檚 leadership is rooted in listening. He takes time to understand what his peers need, ensures that everyone has the resources and support to do their best work, and encourages his team to try new ideas. His approach has helped foster a culture of collaboration across Student Media, whether that鈥檚 working with production teams, sharing ideas in leadership meetings, or finding new ways to connect with audiences.

During his time with Student Media, Cohlman has also served as a TV Executive Producer and Blurb Showrunner. He鈥檚 a recipient of the Patti Moon Memorial Scholarship and the James C. & Cynthia J. Schrum Scholarship, both recognizing his dedication and leadership.

Through his involvement, Cohlman says his experience at 青年涩导航 has 鈥渃hanged [his] perception of media as a whole and how to run with it through collaboration, dedication, and communication.鈥

As Cohlman continues to grow within Student Media, his steady presence and commitment remind everyone around him that leadership isn鈥檛 just about producing great content; it鈥檚 about helping others shine along the way.
