Recording of ethics presentation now available

In October, Susan Willeke of the Ohio Ethics Commission presented Ethics Training for Public University Employees to ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ staff. Because the university is committed to reinforcing the importance of our ethical obligations as a public institution, the Office of General Counsel has made that recording available to anyone who was unable to attend. The Office of General Counsel is always available to answer any questions or concerns regarding ethical issues or dilemmas. 

2025 performance reviews open today

We are excited to launch the 2025 Performance Management Review Cycle for classified and unclassified employees. As you may recall, ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ switched platforms this past fall from viDesktop to PageUp Performance. Performance management is intended to create an ongoing dialogue for supervisors and employees to review job duties, assess job performance, discuss career goals and more. The 2025 Performance Management Cycle will launch by end of day May 5, 2025, and run through July 31, 2025.

Dr. Kathy Siesel Dr. Siesel started her journey with KSUCPM as a 1989 graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (OCPM). Subsequent residency and fellowship programs with OCPM and the Cleveland Foot & Ankle Clinic (CFAC) lead her to the start of her career as a part-time clinical faculty member in 1991.
