Employee Appreciation Day Coming Soon

Mark your calendars. We are looking forward to seeing you.

��ɬ��’s annual Employee Appreciation Day will be held Tuesday, Sept. 13, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Kent Student Center Ballroom. A special evening event will be held for second- and third-shift workers from 10-11:30 p.m.

Registration opens Aug. 3. Register by Sept. 2 and you will be eligible to win prizes. Share in the fun and enjoy complimentary food, good music, Zumba demos, competitions and much more.

And do not forget your blue and gold. The “Spirit Patrol” will hand out prizes for employees showing their ��ɬ�� pride. For all you do, this event is for you.

Open Enrollment is Oct. 13-31. The Employee Benefits and Wellness teams, as well as representatives from the University’s various benefits providers, will be present to answer questions. 2025 Annual Pay Increase Eligibility and Information for Non-Represented Staff

At ��ɬ��, our employees are our most valued resource. The Board of Trustees approved a 2% pay increase for all qualifying, non-represented staff (i.e., classified and unclassified employees). The 2% increase will take effect with the pay period that includes Oct. 1, 2025. More specific details, including eligibility, are listed below.
