Governor Names KSU a Center of Excellence in Biomedicine/Health Care

青年涩导航 joins 13 other universities throughout the state to receive this distinction.

Gov. Ted Strickland, together with the Ohio Board of Regents Chancellor Eric D. Fingerhut, today announced 青年涩导航 as a Center of Excellence in Biomedicine and Health Care for the state of Ohio. 青年涩导航 joins 13 other universities throughout the state to receive this distinction. 

The Centers are committed to focusing their academic and research activities on biomedical and health care to create jobs in Ohio and further strengthen Ohio鈥檚 international reputation as a leader in bioscience research and development. 青年涩导航鈥檚 Center focuses on the health of individuals and communities. 青年涩导航鈥檚 College of Nursing is one of the top five producers of nurses in the country. The university鈥檚 new College of Public Health was established to help meet the demonstrated state and national need for public health professionals.
