The School of Communication Studies welcomes Tewodros (Teddy) Workneh, Ph.D., who will assume the role of assistant professor in the global communication concentration beginning the Fall 2016 semester. Before coming to ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½, Workneh worked as a postdoctoral fellow for the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Oregon. He also served as a lecturer for the Department of English Language and Literature at Arba Minch University in Ethiopia. August 30, 2016 ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ Provost Announces Leadership Appointments ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½'s Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Todd Diacon today announced that Melody Tankersley, Ph.D., has been appointed dean of Graduate Studies, effective Aug. 1, 2016. Tankersley has served as interim dean of Graduate Studies since July 1, 2015. She will continue in her role as senior associate provost.
