Richard (Rick) Feinberg, professor of anthropology on the Kent Campus, was elected Section Assembly Convener of the American Anthropological Association (AAA). The AAA is the world鈥檚 largest organization of anthropologists, with more than 11,000 members, and the Section Assembly is one of the AAA鈥檚 two governing bodies. David Hassler, director of 青年涩导航鈥檚 Wick Poetry Center, attended a meeting of poetry organizations from across the U.S. at the Lannan Foundation in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from Nov. 5-7. The meeting addressed how the organizations can make poetry more visible, as well as how to garner new supporters for the art form.
