IN A FLASH: Flashes Trick or Treat!

On Halloween, the Kent Student Center and the University Library welcomed student trick-or-treaters in the afternoon and the Flashes Activity Board held a Boo Bash later in the day. ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½'s Elvis was spotted handing out treats on Risman Plaza.
