For User Experience master's student Christina Turner, user experience starts with a person in front of a computer screen. "Everything's gotten so complicated online.... Everyone feels bad if they don't know how to do something on a computer. They really feel like they鈥檝e dropped the ball. So I just do a lot more comforting people. Like, 鈥榶ou're not bad at this.
