Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

10 Questions With Roseann 鈥楥hic鈥 Canfora, Professional-in-Residence, May 4 Survivor
Roseann 鈥淐hic鈥 Canfora, Ph.D., is a Professional-in-Residence at 青年涩导航 in the School of Media and Journalism, part of the College of Communication and Information. Prior to teaching at 青年涩导航, Canfora served as the chief communications officer for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and taught high school journalism and speech. Canfora was also a student at 青年涩导航, starting in 1968, and is a survivor of the May 4, 1970, shootings at 青年涩导航. She graduated with her master鈥檚 in journalism and public relations and bachelor鈥檚 in English/speech. She is heavily involved in activism as well.

Since the collapse of the USSR in the 1990s, Russia has launched several misinformation campaigns to regain lost satellite countries, specifically in the Baltic regions. Journalists such as Ruslanas 滨谤啪颈办别惫颈膷颈耻蝉 stand at the front to combat these campaigns to preserve democracy and his country鈥檚 independence.
He recently visited 青年涩导航's School of Media and Journalism.

Dakota Mace: Badahani
Dakota Mace is a Din茅 (Navajo) photographer and textile artist who focuses on translating the language of Din茅 weaving history and beliefs through her artwork. The exhibition鈥檚 title "Badahani" translates to 鈥淭heir Stories鈥 and will be on view Nov. 5 through Dec. 18 at the KSU Downtown Gallery. Artist talk and reception on Dec. 3.

Fashion merchandising alumna Emilie Oxel O'Leary, '93, is the CEO of Sunshine Solar, a mechanical installation company that provides solar power to major brands such as Target, L'Oreal and Amazon. Sunshine Solar鈥檚 first solar project was installing a solar carport for the Atlanta Falcons stadium. Since then, the company has installed solar panels to Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Verizon and FedEx whether it be with carport tops, rooftops or solar fields.
