ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ Trumbull Hits the Ground Running With Cross Country Program

ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ at Trumbull officially announced the reinstatement of its campus athletic programs.  This fall, ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ Trumbull will be home to women’s and men’s cross country teams. It is the first competitive sport the school has offered since 1992 when it had basketball, volleyball and golf teams. While hundreds of applicants hoped to be selected to participate in the Sirenland Writers Conference, only a handful of them were chosen to attend the week-long event in Positano, Italy. James Winter, an English lecturer on the ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ Salem Campus, was one of 10 applicants selected for the fiction writing workshop last spring. To apply for the conference, Winter had to submit qualifying fiction writing.
